DEI in Action
Effective DEI requires a robust governance model to ensure sustainability and achieve results. Progress towards a diverse workforce begins at the highest levels of leadership. AlHassan Holdings’ DEI initiatives are led by senior leaders, including our board of directors. To maintain a global perspective, regional councils in the Middle-East, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific, comprising around 10 executives, focus on recruitment, retention, and external partnerships.
